With all administration costs being perpetually funded by the
founders, 100% of all money raised goes directly to the cause.
So all funds raised at the Family Fun Fair go directly towards
building an all abilities playground in Timbrell Park , Five
Dock.

Touched By Olivia Foundation is

Touched by Olivia Foundation raises vital funds to give our children a healthier and happier life. The Foundation is raising funds to build an all access, 6 star playground, earmarked for Timbrel Park , Five Dock. Once completed, this will be the first of its kind in the entire district to which the Family Fun Fair 07 is being promoted. All funds raised on the day will go directly to the upgrade of Timbrell Park . Your sponsorship is a great way to enable not only your visible support of the local community, but also your visible support of a local charity. As a charity, 100% of your sponsorship is tax deductible.
The main aim of the Family Fun Fair 07 is to build awareness in the local community to the great results that their local Touched by Olivia Foundation is achieving, as well as help raise funds to build Timbrell Park to an all access playground standard. A Fair is also a great way to bring communities together and have good, old fashioned fun. The emphasis of the Family Fun Fair is to create excitement and a lasting commitment to improve the quality of play for our kids. To do this, we need to look to the communities in which we live. We need to stop, bring the focus back to our children and invest in their future. Through creating a heightened sense of community spirit and commitment, we hope to raise much needed funds to give our kids a better life.
The Fair will be promoted through an extensive print and electronic media publicity and marketing drive to residents and businesses within the City of Canada Bay (one of the largest precincts in Sydney comprising over 70,000 people and 17 suburbs), Leichhardt and Hunters Hill Council precincts.
Touched by Olivia Foundation raises vital funds to give our children a healthier and happier life.
Touched By Olivia Foundation initiatives are simple:
- Supporting the Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick in funding medical advancement through research and the purchase of much needed equipment for the Intensive Care Unit;
- Working with local councils and communities
to raise funds to upgrade playgrounds to an all abilities
standard, giving children of all abilities the opportunity
to play together. We will call these playgrounds “Livvi's Place”.
- Partnering with other children's charities, such as Good Beginnings Australia, to produce and deliver parenting programs aimed at nurturing and improving the well-being of children and family life.
Since founding the Touched By Olivia
Foundation 18 months ago, we have raised over $1,250,000 towards
the above initiatives, with our most recent donation of $105,000
being given to the Sydney Children’s Hospital in June 2008.
